This Shipping and Delivery Policy sets out the manner in which digital subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and related services purchased through Cam-Shot are delivered to customers. As Cam-Shot is a software platform providing digital services only, this policy addresses the electronic delivery of such services and clarifies that no physical shipment is involved.

1. Nature of Product / Service

Cam-Shot is a digital software platform operated by Cambiante Technologies Private Limited. Products and services made available through Cam-Shot, including subscription plans, plan renewals, feature enablement, and related access rights, are digital in nature. No tangible or physical goods are sold or dispatched as part of such purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful authorization and confirmation of payment by the applicable payment gateway, the purchased subscription, renewal, upgrade, feature access, or related digital service is delivered electronically. Delivery may take place through one or more of the following means: activation of the customer account on the Cam-Shot platform; application of a plan upgrade to an existing account; recording and confirmation of a renewal for immediate effect or future effect from the next billing cycle; enablement of paid features within the platform; or issue of an electronic confirmation to the registered email address associated with the purchase. No courier, postal service, or logistics partner is involved in the delivery of such services.

3. Delivery Timeline

In the ordinary course, access to the purchased subscription or service is activated automatically after successful payment authorization and confirmation by the payment gateway. Customers may receive on-screen confirmation, activation within the account dashboard, and/or a confirmation email at the registered email address, generally within a few minutes. For new subscriptions and eligible upgrades, delivery is ordinarily completed immediately or within a short time after payment is successfully processed. For renewals, delivery may either take effect immediately or be recorded as future-dated, depending on the renewal selected by the customer and the applicable subscription logic. Where a customer opts to renew prior to expiry of the current subscription term, the renewal may be purchased and confirmed immediately but may become effective only from the end date of the then-current active term.

4. EMI Transactions

Where Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) is offered as a payment option, such facility is provided by and remains subject to the terms of the relevant payment gateway, credit card issuer, bank, or financial institution. Cam-Shot does not provide financing services and only receives payment confirmation from the payment gateway. Selection of EMI as a payment mode does not alter the digital nature of the service or the manner of delivery. Once the payment transaction is successfully authorized and confirmed, the corresponding subscription or service is delivered in accordance with this policy. Any issues specifically relating to EMI eligibility, interest, processing charges, repayment schedule, billing cycle, foreclosure, cancellation, or issuer-side terms shall be governed by the relevant financial institution and payment service provider.

5. No Physical Shipping

As Cam-Shot provides digital subscriptions and services only, no physical shipping or dispatch is undertaken. No shipping address is required for service delivery, except where address information may be collected for billing, tax, compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing purposes. No tracking number, consignment note, or shipping status applies to purchases made through the platform.

6. Delays in Delivery

Although delivery is generally immediate, delays may occasionally occur due to payment gateway processing issues, banking network delays, issuer-side verification requirements, technical maintenance, temporary service disruption, system downtime, or incorrect customer account or contact details. In rare circumstances, activation or application of the purchased service may take up to twenty-four (24) hours from successful payment confirmation. If access is not provided within this period, the customer should contact Cam-Shot support using the contact details made available on the website or platform.

7. Failed, Pending, or Unsuccessful Payments

If a payment is declined, interrupted, reversed, marked as pending, or is otherwise not successfully confirmed by the payment gateway, the relevant subscription, renewal, upgrade, or service may not be activated or applied until valid payment confirmation is received. In the event an amount is debited from the customer account but corresponding service activation does not occur, the customer should allow reasonable time for payment reconciliation and may thereafter contact support with the relevant transaction details for verification.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that correct account information, contact details, and payment information are provided at the time of purchase, and that the registered email address and account used for the transaction remain accessible. Cam-Shot shall not be responsible for delay or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, restrictions imposed by the customer's card issuer or bank, payment gateway failures outside the reasonable control of Cam-Shot, or any interruption caused by third-party payment systems.

9. Support for Delivery Issues

If a customer does not receive access to the purchased subscription or service within the applicable delivery timeline, the customer may contact Cam-Shot support and should, where possible, provide the following details for verification: full name, registered email address, transaction ID or payment reference number, date and time of payment, and a brief description of the issue.

10. Policy Updates

Cambiante Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. The latest version shall be posted on the applicable website or platform page and shall become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
